Learn to explore challenges with confidence. Core Elements introduces beginner climbers to the fundamental techniques used in rock climbing in a guided, friendly environment.
In this 90-minute class, you’ll receive a structured introduction to the sport, including:

Dynamic movement fundamentals
Body positioning for balance and efficiency

Guided Training on the Kilter Board | 120 minutes
Explore training on an interactive, adjustable climbing wall with guided instruction and personalized feedback.
Kilter Class is a drop-in style training session led by head setter and coach Brad. You’ll climb on the largest Kilter Board in Ontario—a world-class, light-up, interactive training system that combines climbing and physical training, and connects you to a global community of climbers.
Kilter-curious or already Kilter-comfortable? Classes alternate between two experience levels every Friday: brand new and not-so-brand-new, so you can train at the right pace and challenge level.

End your week by pushing your limits with guidance from Head Setter and Coach Brad. Get personalized feedback, learn advanced techniques, and finally send the climbs that have been holding you back.
We alternate between two tracks: brand new and not-so-brand-new, so you can train at the right pace and climb with others at a similar level.
